Gutbier Immobilien is a multigenerational family business that has been active on the real estate market since 1946.

Rolf Gutbier (* 26 August 1903 in Erlangen; † 26 September 1992 in Aichtal-Aich) was a German architect, urban planner and university lecturer. Gutbier studied architecture at Stuttgart Technical University and worked in Germany and Switzerland. In 1936 he became assistant to Hugo Keuerleber at the Institute for Technical Extension and Design at Stuttgart Technical University. In 1948 he became full professor for housing and design. From 1953 to 1955 Rolf Gutbier was also rector of the university. He retired retired in 1970.

He was a member of the second Stuttgart School and played a key role in the post-war reconstruction of the state capital Stuttgart. Important works of art included the  building of Mercedes Benz headquarter in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim (1961; with Hans Kammerer, Walter Belz), the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (1952-1954 with Rolf Gutbrod) and the Süddeutsche Rundfunk (1968-1976 with Rolf Gutbrod).
